Does this concept of finding a field job and then converting it into PR for Ontario province exists?
I'm very confused as one of my friend who is pursuing a one year Marketing program has been advised by the immigration agent to find a job relevant to his field and then PR conversion from open work permit becomes really easy.
As far as I know there is now no concept of field education in this new system and the skills are segregated under NOC level O A,B and C. Any PR application process has to pass through the EE criteria and field job now has no relevance.
Please advise.
