We are in same boat uploaded details and photo on portal on 06th Feb still waiting for ecopr we sent them email and were told our ECOPR is in que for processing in the order it was received.

I believe so but I read an article that Immigration dept would be working on Ukrainian application first.

The first email you received from IRCC (or the approval email), you can see it in the signature line.

You have to link it yourself using your UCI, date of birth and surname.

I tried, but didn't find my case

2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? Feb 10
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? Feb 10
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Feb 11
5. What is the VO? Etobicoke
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Feb 25 (Mailed on Feb 22)

VO is Mississauga. We sent email to ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca , the virtual landing team and we got reply yesterday but no ECOPR yet

Mine is in Ottawa. However, the email you sent to is the Virtual landing team in Calgary, is it right? I sent the same email and they replied to me:

"Thank you for your email inquiry.
Your application is still in process.
The appropriate office will contact you by email when your application is complete with the information required and the appropriate email address to contact.
Further inquiries will not be responded to.
Thank you,
Calgary IRCC Landing Office"

I just don't know what to do next.

Similar situation here. I've waiting for my portal credentials more than 2 months. Multiple follow ups to the "centralized office, virtual landing unit" and never heard back from them. I emailed Calgary office and they replied with exactly the same message you posted.

Wow. 2 months are really the long wait. So did you reply to the first/approval email? It should not be that long.
Did you change your address, add your dependants, during the processing time?

No. No changes in my application. I replied to the original email and to the multiple "reminders" I got afterwards.

Yes that is right it is Calgary and we recieved reply from them

Oh wow. It is weird. You should try to call and explain IRCC your situation.

Oh wow. I dont know how they treat applications differently.
I emailed them also, but they just told me to wait. Many people got the same replies from them as I got.

Yes it is very strange that they are giving different response to different applications. It is so frustrating to keep waiting
