Guys just found a way to link your PR Card application in GC Key if you are not able to find it and have received your eCOPR & either your Address or Photo is accepted by IRCC in PR Portal, you can link your PR Card application in GC Key. Select UCI & Family Name. then rest details enter as in your BIO section of passport & not in eCOPR but the date of Permanent Residency is same as COPR issue date. you will be able to link your app.

For me the place of Birth is not completely printed in COPR doc, as there is not enough space. But when I entered the Place of Birth as in my passport I was able to find & link my PR Card application in GC Key.
