How did you check if PR card is mailed? I have applied online do I still need to link the account? Please let me know I have placed updates in my signature

you can go into your ircc account and link your pr card application innit with last name, uci and place of birth. Put place of birth exactly as on your ecopr. Once linked you can see updates on your pr card application.

GCMS notes indicate both address and photo are "valid" as of October 21st.

Got first portal email on 11 Nov 2021 and replied on the same day.
Afterwards, no update. Can you please let me know generally how long it will take for Credentials email after our response.
