I'm not on a lease anymore. I'm on a month to month basis after 1 year. My concern is what if he doesn't give the letter to me or the new renter wont give it to me. so stress for this card and landlord.
I am not expert on this one, but even if you are month to month on lease. In my knowledge, You can’t be asked to leave on basis of getting more rent from someone else. Two conditions you can be asked are 1. Landlord want property for his own living or family need. 2. He needs to demolish it.
In my opinion, you should atleast go to tenant board, this will give you some extension. Once you receive the mail, withdraw your appeal. I wont trust anyone with my PR card

Yeah I dont know what he will do about the unit. I will try to see what the tenant board can do for me. I was suppose to leave the apartment without fighting but my Card is at stake. So might go that route. Just to prevent me from getting kicked out.
Hello Guys, I have a confusion & I hope you guys can answer. I have just submitted my biometrics and med on March 12th.
In GC key my Med shows passed on 18th & biometric does not show any date , just changed to we do not need your fingerprints. However, i can see enrolment date, Expiry and biometric number.
On the tracker, my biometric shows complete, medical in progress & Eligibility as complete in green.
Could it be a technical glitch as my AOR is just Jan 28th , and I see that eligibility is usually the last step .
Background also in progress on the tracker.
I have created a GC key account but I can't link it to my PR account even though I entered the correct personal information as in ecopr. I would be very grateful if I could get some guidance from everyone.

What option are you using to link your PR card ? please note, PR application number is not same as PR card application number. so dont use link PR card using application number option
Does the the statues of Background check in GCK account change when you receive P1 and P2 emails? what if it didn't change even after receiving P1 and P2?
