that would be very rare, PR Card usually takes 3 to 4 weeks minimum after ECOPR.

My eCOPR was on March 6th, and today, I got an update that my card was mailed. I hope to get in a week from now or so, but not sure, it says it might take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

The processing time doesn't include the delivery. I think they mention those 6 weeks timeframe just in case.

Finally received my eCOPR.
AOR- May 18 2024.
P1- Dec 19.
P2- Dec 20.
Ecopr- today, March 17.

I called IRCC Today and received my eCOPR within 2 hours.I believe my call to IRCC today did the job.

What did you say to ircc and what did they tell you?
I called ircc last week. P1 and P2 were feb 12 and feb 13.
Montreal landing office handling my eCopr.

I told him that it's been 90 days since my P2 and I haven't received my eCOPR. And then he asked me for my info.
Then he said he sent the email to the officer who is handling my file.

My eCOPR is also handled by Montreal landing office.

I guess you should wait 60 days from your P2 and if you don't reicieve it until then than you should call IRCC right away.
