Eligibility Complete: 5 Dec, 2024
Background Complete: 11 Feb, 2025
P1: 11 Feb, 2025 - Replied same day
P2: 13 Feb, 2025 - Uploaded same day
eCoPR: 21 Feb, 2025.

Great! Then I feel that this theory is true. I'm curious as to what email address folks receive their P1s from if their landing office is in Etobicoke.

I received P1 from Etobicoke. This was their email id IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
But when I called IRCC 2 weeks ago, they said my application is in Montreal right now.

I guess you'll know it for sure when you get you eCoPR. I got my P1 from IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca (most likely Montreal), and my P2 from IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca (I guess my file was moved to Etobicoke).

I believe they are aiming for the six-month schedule starting with your AOR.

When did you submit your P2? I have the same AOR.

My ITA is also July 17 and AOR is August 02. So whatever the logic is I don't find it in my case

I believe for CEC EE, they are issuing Ecopr for July end ITA, So probably next week Aug ITA's will receive ECOPR. Of course, there are exceptional cases but I am just talking about 70% July ITA received ECOPR this week. I can be wrong but just predicting on the basis of ecopr's.

My AOR is May 18.

But I'm still waiting for my ECOPR.

I am assuming you might get it early next week, because couple of people with same ITA but different AOR got there ECOPR today. Also, it depends on visa office as well but hopefully you'll get yours soon.
