Most likely you should be receiving your P1 mail in few days, it happened the same for me.

eCoPR - waiting 34 days
Anyone think it is relate to Canada Post strike or reaching the number of PR processed in 2024. What are your thoughts?

Canada Post strike is only related to PR Cards, not ECOPR's, IRCC probably have tons of applications to finish so that is why it is taking time and also some IRCC officers have less files to finish as compared to the others so some people receive their ECOPR's earlier than other people.
