Last I heard that they were issuing for October 3 - October 17 yesterday. Hoping they reach to late Octobers soon enough! Fingers Crossed!

Someone with P1 OCT 04 and OCT 28 P2 received their ECOPR today. I am the same timeline. I hope I get it too since we're the same category.
