Has anyone received ECOPR under the H&C program since October?

Post under the refugees section. This one's mainly for Express Entry. Chances are the timeline's gonna be different in comparison to H & C.

Hey guys, my office was montreal and I recieved my p1 on oct 1 and p2 on 23 october and now my file has been transferred to Sydney, nova scotia.
Does anyone know the timeline of sydney office.

How can we check this information, if the file is transferred to Other VO ?
