I'd assume that they'd be the same if there's no transfer! Not entirely sure though!

Naah in my case, my primary office is Sydney and the office that issues me portal 2 was montreal

Thanks for the info. I received my P1 and P2 both from Montreal! I just hope they issue our eCoPRs without any delay regardless of the VOs.

Yeah exactly, I am hoping for the same.I even tried emailing montreal office and just got a reply saying I am in virtual landing queue and they have high number of applications which is causing a delay
