Is this extra step we need to follow even for inland?

this may not be the same status with others but this is whats happening on my application.

its not mandatory its not required.
it depends if you want to monitor progress.
but at these stage all you can do is wait.

Hi guys. I received my AOR back in 12 th July. I got my PAL today and my medical is passed today as well. But on the gc key, my background check is now showing "Not applicable". What does this mean? Is this a system glitch or does it contain any any significance?
