For people who are not getting P2 updates try replying to the same P1 email that you had sent. Keep the same information and reply to the P1 email you received. Worked for me, got P2 in 3 days after this trick.

Why are they transferring the Office? do you live in Toronto?
 
I have the FD in progress, tracker stages all completed and COPR details on the tracker since May 2nd. But I have not got the portal 1 email. I called IRCC and contacted my MP two weeks ago to ask, and they say to wait for the email in a couple of weeks. Was anyone in the same boat? can you give me some insights?

No, do not know if it is a common practice... Mine main one is Vancouver and Etobicoke is a secondary one from the beginning as I know.
