Same here. My eCOPR came in Feb first week. Picture is in review ever since. Also tried to link PR CARD APPLICATION in gckey but it throws error no matter what combination I use.

From what i observed, all of the people did KAI method are no problem. If you send your details before P1, they will skip the P1 and send you P2 directly. But in very extreme case you send it out when IRCC are sending to you, then you just reply it again.

PR cards arrived today (6/3/2024) though still showing as awaiting review on portal.

Hi, can you please tell from which VO you got your portal emails?

Thank you i had use the kai method and it works i sent it morning and then afternoon i receive the request to submit our photos at the portal website, im hoping that our ecopr will be fast although our VO is Montreal and i had read that this office is quite slow.

No problem! Glad it worked. Yeah Montreal is pretty slow and I think mine is there too. It’s been 8days since I submitted my photo. I will give it a month.

VO Montreal.

I did send several emails to all the offices to try and hasten things along, and even got the MP involved to try and get the missing COPR, as we were told on the phone by IRCC it had been issued, but it wasn’t showing on the portal. Still haven’t got it though!

Are you still under the processing time of 7 months? How did you reach out to your MP.

I got my P2 on Feb 2nd no COPR yet. So thought of doing the same
 
Portal 1 : 2024-02-23 (VO Montreal)
Portal 2 : 2024-03-04 (No VO indicated)
eCoPR : 2024-03-07 (VO Montreal)

Contacting my MP and using the Kai method (after P1) worked for me. So do not hesitate to try both, of course you need to be an inland candidate to use an MP. Best of luck!
