I have a similar case. I got my final decision on Jan 17, 2024, but I didn't receive the P1 email. I called IRCC last Wednesday (Feb 21) and was told the same thing that I should've received the P1 email on Jan 18, 2024, which I didn't. The lady I talked to said that she'll update the case officer with it and I should receive the P1 sometime soon. Still waiting for P1.
Hi I am in similar situation.
I can see COPR# on tracker but haven’t received P1 yet. Can you please tell me on GC key account does your final decision says “Approved” or does it say “In progress” and a date there??

Hi everyone
Starting Feb 16 I can see a decision made status when I check my Ecase online service link
Does anybody know when should I receive the first portal email ?
I got my Portal 1 email two days ago. I made a mistake in my application and portal while replying, I said I landed in Calgary, but I landed in Toronto as the first port of entry. Should I tell them? What are my options?

I have a similar case as well. I got the final decision on Jan 19, 2024, but I didn't get the P1 email. Also, I got a similar update when I called IRCC a couple of weeks back, as in I should have received the P1 email on Jan 19, 2024, but I didn't.
