Brendan, I think you have your email addresses wrong.
it is <ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca>
The second portion is always "Portail" rather than "portal". The email address is consist of English + French

Update: Jan.25 2024: follow-up email sent. an hour later - eCOPR received.

Any update buddy? I haven't gotten the P2 yet after 2 days of sending the all-office follow-up email.
 
Today I sent an email to all 7 offices with the hopes to follow up on my eCOPR :/

I got p1 22nd December and I’m still waiting for P2 . Montreal VO is really slow . Try calling IRCC agent . I did and was told that an email was sent to Montreal to speed up my p2 email process
