Even Etobicoke has started doing that now man! They’re skipping some applicants from same dates! I’ve gotten P2 on Sept 17, and saw many people same as me get COPR from Etobicoke!

I remember they used to generate eCoPR in 2 days back in Apr/May

I guess people have started contacting their respective MP’s regarding applications , so they have been picked and others are hanged for waiting. Haha
