Hello,
I have a question regarding the eCoPR. Does this mean that the photo and mailing address are approved, or do I have to wait for confirmation of the photo and mailing address to receive the PR card?
we already have RFV/PPR sent by email last August 3, we even sent it already for visa stamping but was returned to my dependents saying I need to do the virtual landing first
You can link your PR card application to your IRCC account, just need to use the same information that was received in the eCoPR exactly as they wrote your personal info. You can see when it is approved and mailed.
Did anyone here create the portal account by themselves, instead of waiting for IRCC to create one?
I did so, as I rushed and did not read the letter of invitation properly (first portal email). I sent IRCC multiple emails but did not get the issue sorted out yet, so I was not able to confirm my permanent residency yet and upload the photos.
If this happened to anyone here, can you please advise?

I did the same of creating the account and even started an application but then realized I should not have. I am patiently waiting for the 2nd portal email now. I heard they will link our account soon but I am worried this may create a delay in the processing just like the letter says.
