no my conclusion is that on the sample of persorn we have on the Forum/portal the result seem normal. (does that sample is following a normal distribution is an another question)

It is just irresponsible what is going on @ Montreal VO
such a selfish attitude they could address the application to another officer or another VO but they wouldn't careless

Montreal VO office here too...
After Portal 2 I submitted all required info and photo on the portal on June 15th...and still waiting for my eCOPR.
It's so stressful just waiting for this long for even the ecopr
I have tried calling the IRCC submitting web forms etc...to no avail.
Plus my visitor record expires on Sep 13th. Such a pain dealing with this...

I recommend you apply to extend your visitor record.
You’re however in a much better place than most of us. You’ve already confirmed your presence in Canada so it’s all a matter of time until someone just signs your ecopr and you’re good to go.

Yes I agree.
Even though I had to wait over 2 years from sending in the application until finally getting an email portal invite,
I at least am close to the finishing line...
I hope everyone who is still waiting on any reply from the IRCC get an update.

I finally received Portal 2 after waiting for 1 month. Portal 1- July 13
Portal 2- Aug 14
