You can send another email about your travel, and when you plan to return.
Otherwise, you will need to wait until your PR Card. Or apply for a PRTD, for which the processing time is also very long, but yes, you will be already in India.

Hello guys! I hope someone can help me!
i became a pr on march 2023 and I got th copr as well! On July 13th the portal said “case accepted and closed” but the picture was with a orange arrow, 3 weeks later I checked the portal and now says “ in review “ again. Honestly I don’t know what to do, I tried to call ircc but not answer!

Same here. Waiting since July 24.

i’ve been doing some analysis on the timing people get their portal 2 from VO MONTREAL and only one thing makes sense.

every officer has a list of applicants and they basically go down the applicant list to sent a portal 2. For those of us who have been waiting for a while is because our names are on the lists of officers who have been on vacation. They do return on the 14th so a week to 10 days should be when we should expect our portal 2 emails.

this is the only thing making sense.

Some people got an automated reply from VO Montreal that read “i’m on vacation. Back on Aug 14”. Something of the sort, which then stopped a few days later. Probably explains why there are no automated responses at the moment.

Adding one more step today:

Portal 1 - Aug 4, replied Aug 5 (got automatic reply)
Portal 2 - Aug 11, replied on the same day
