PR confirmation portal timelines

Waiting bro! Received portal 2 on 9th and yesterday morning by 7 submitted all details with photos! Seems like it takes around 3-4 working days to get the copy. But my friend received his on the same day of portal 2 details submission

Sekhon we all came to a conclusion yesterday that Montreal VO is closed.It seems that nobody is working there at all.Zero output!!. A same for IRCC mismanagement at it׳s best

I don't understand how VO Montreal works as I was ready to wait at least until the end of this month, but this is my timeline guys:

EE-PNP BC

Portal 1: July 31
Portal 2: August 9, this morning 11AM PST

My dependent also got his separate account created, he will upload his photo tonight.

Uploaded photo immediately, now another round of waiting for eCOPR and PR card......

The Portal 1 for mine was July 31 from Montreal too. Did you already have the portal account? Did you send any follow up EMAIL? Do you have any dependents? I am sorry for a lot of questions.
