Just got my eCOPR earlier today! Interesting after I replied to the first portal email last night it all came through today. Not sure if that was pure coincidence.

Application sent: March 22
Invitation to portal/photo submission: May 19
eCOPR: June 8

Explained that I had been waiting since May 19 and I have an international flight coming up late June so an update would be great. No reply but received my eCOPR next day

Hello, Everyone, Received PR confirmation Portal on June 1st and replied on the same, day waited until today June 12th, and emailed them asking to give me update, as i have a flight at the end of the June, They sent me 2nd portal request email 4 hours after my 2nd reply today. So, if someone has a delay, try replying them again, it could work!!!!

Yes, although they haven't responded directly to my second reply. I think they can see what we sent and take action. I don't think its a coincidence that they sent me my credentials(2nd email with temp. password and ID) on the same date i emailed them asking for updates. You are welcome.
