I have been waiting for E-COPR for 92 days by today and have exhausted all means of trying to communicate to IRCC. All the response I get back is to patiently wait and I have been waiting for 3 months now. Does anyone know if there is any way to contact IRCC about the the virtual landing queue and how is it determined?
AOR : April 10th
P1 : August 15th
P2 : September 5th (uploaded details on the same day)
COPR expiry as in the tracker : June 26,2024
VO : Montreal (CEC Applicant)
Called IRCC agents more than 20 times, MP followed up twice for me and I have sent few emails to P1 and P2. All the responses I got back was to wait patiently.
Your case is clearly past 5 months' average processing time and 180 days of IRCC standard. I think that is a valid reason to write a complaint on how virtual landing is handled.
What really blows my mind is that we all had to pay $$$ for application processing and the only thing IRCC can tell you about processing is "just wait, it will be done when it is done".

P2 : September 18 ( submitted the address and photo )
COPR expiry : June 19, 2024
It has been a looong time coming, but I finally received COPR today! I'm outside the normal processing time so I think that may have helped. Also in the last couple weeks I emailed the VOs, contacted my MP, submitted a webform, and called.
Something that I learned today is that immigration officers have to do more than just check the declaration of physical presence in Canada when they issue eCOPR. We received a phone call just before COPR was issued because we had messed up the dates of our most recent entrance into Canada from our Portal 1 email, and the immigration officer had to clarify. So apparently that's when they take an in-depth look at all the info we send them.
Good luck everyone, my fingers are crossed that you all get COPR in a timely manner!

I've been checking every evening to see if you got eCOPR yet. I agree, you should make some noise. I'm still holding out hope that by Friday or Saturday you will be a PR officially.
I've been looking for information from anyone who landed for the first time with COPR by driving from the States to a Canadian border. What should be expected. My dependent will be traveling in a few weeks and she's a bit nervous.
