After receiving p1 mail on 7/31, I responded on the same day with required details. Follow-up emails on 9th and 15th Aug

Got portal 2 just 30 mins ago. Got my portal 1 on 31st july replied on aug1st.

On the day we received ECOPR, the estimated processing time to receive the card was 26 days. I wonder if « days » means business days, i.e., does not include the week ends ? At any rate, we are still waiting for the card. I hope it comes soon because we are unable to make important travelling plans until it is arrived.

Edit to say that I have tried to use the online system to check the status, but it does not recognize any of our numbers, whether UCI or anything else, so it is unfortunately useless.

Guys, I received Portal 1 email last week. Responded same day. I know I may have to wait a few weeks since VO is Montreal. Question is, I created a PR Portal account and started an application by mistake. Anyone in same boat?
