Submitted my information 19/7
But still not receive any thing today 21/7

However, I created this account few months ago, will it affect me. Because ppl say do not create account by your own. Correct me if wrong

Creating an account on your own, though not advised, shouldn't be a problem based on other's experience. They'll update your account with a tab for PR confirmation.

On timeline, well, if you scroll up this thread you can infer for yourself that current wait times at Montreal is > 2 weeks.

Thats great news, congratulations! I sent mine today hopefully works. Did you have a existing account already created? Where did you sent the email to IRCC portal east (montreal) or to the general IRCC portal email for technical issues?
