I finally got my eCOPR here is my timeline. It was stressful few months but finally I can take a breather till citizenship

My security status was never changed. It was stressful because one IRCC agent was very rude said that my PR won't get approved till Oct 2023 since the normal processing time was 13 months and i should stop calling. My Info sharing was still in progress when i got the PPR

Generally the rest of the IRCC agents were helpful and kind.

Congrats. I am amazed you even got to talk to a live person. Bigger shock is that you were able to do it on multiple occasions. I tried a couple of times to get through and never got a live person. Kudos sir/ma'am.

That's why at times it was stressful. I had to call them 20 times to get through and at times i called the PR Card and Citizenship depart and had them transfer me to IRCC at times some agents did not transfer and connected me to the main menu.

The problem is not the wait. The problem lack of updates

I don't think we get an email.. but I saw that people have linked their PR Card to the GC Account and were able to see some updates (not sure though)

Question: I don't see an official pdf doc to download in my account. I only see the document number and expiry date etc. Will there be an official doc like word/pdf of eCOPR?
