PR Confirmation e-mail – Sept 22 2022 Email with PR Portal credentials – Sept 24, 2022 Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - Sept 24 2022 eCoPR generation date - Pending PR Cards received – Pending
V0- Etobicoke
today Jan 14, 2023. I received again Pr Comfirmation email same that I received last Sept 22, 2022.My question is do I need to reply again my credentials?
I received my PPR/ instructions leading to portal access 2 days ago. From this thread and other sources, I understand there's an average 2-month wait period for COPR.
I have a question for those who have outland dependents. Where are they in terms of processes happening from outside Canada? Is that still reliant on how the inland applications are going?
Insights are required from those who have got portal access in November 2022 or those who are in the same boat.
Yess. I just receive one letter stating approval of PR on 9 nov 2022 and sending courier package for dependent TO near VAC CENTRE and I submitted webform for virtual landing as I'm inside Canada

In my case, my dependant who is outside Canada, got the PPR one month before I got the PR confirmation email. I am in Canada all along. In fact, my dependant got the passport request, got it stamped along with the COPR - all before I received my first PR confirmation email from Calgary . Right now I am still waiting for my e-COPR . So in my case I can see that they are not interdependent in any way.
PR Confirmation e-mail - Jan, 9th 2023 (Replied the same day) Email with PR Portal credentials - Pending Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - Pending eCoPR generation date - Pending PR Cards received - Pending VO - Etobicoke maybe? I'm not sure. I'm guessing because I'm here in Toronto, but maybe this don't make sense.
PR Confirmation e-mail - 28th December 2022 (replied to it the same day) Email with PR Portal credentials - 29th December 2022 Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - 29th December 2022 eCOPR generation date - Pending PR Cards received - Pending VO: IRCC Etobicoke

your case is what exactly I was looking for. So atm, your dependent who is now outside can technically travel now to Canada as she or he has the COPR and the passport without anything else that is required from your end. right?
and if you don't mind, could you share your timeline, at least past portal invite?
