Due to the impacts of COVID-19, and limited capacity for in-person services in our office, IRCC has developed a Permanent Residence (PR) Portal and created an account in your name that you can use to:

• confirm your status as a permanent resident
• receive your permanent resident card

no update so far. I think my application processing is at Montreal office as per the first email.

Looks like Sydney processing center is the worst compared to other VO locations as they don't have any email address. I know Etobicoke VO has and they respond as well.

Sorry, I don't. I believe all the VO have email address but can only find few online while the other locations are ghost.
