I don't understand why we are so delay while people who got ecopr same day even later got their cards. I have submitted an urgent application for PR card and provided my flight ticket, relevant medical records since March 15th and all I got from them was one word: wait. For IRCC nothing is understandable. Called many time and sent webform but no update anything

Hi , We got confirmed on march 13 on gckey , ircc says your Ecopr is uploaded but due to technical error unable see at your end/ or download it , is there any other way retrieve Ecopr ? We tried mailing both ircc and local Mp

Sure, your MP can quickly fix a technical issue on your end! Or even IRCC's end, by turning all infrastructure across the entire agency on and off again. That's what they were elected to do, after all!
Try a different browser and/or a private browser window and if that does not help, wait and periodically contact IRCC to ask for a resolution.

Sure, your MP can quickly fix a technical issue on your end! Or even IRCC's end, by turning all infrastructure across the entire agency on and off again. That's what they were elected to do, after all!

No and never helped, I called many times, sent webform, made urgent applications all no hopes. What I got from them was waiting and pre-written answers.
