Further, I just found out that the Visa office processing my file is Edmonton (after 15 days of generating the webform). Anybody with the same visa office?

Yes Mine is also Edmonton and SVO is Montreal
Earlier my PVO was montreal and SVO Etobicoke

Without a doubt, the way IRCC handles applications is extremely random. I have the same P2 submission date but no eCoPR; meanwhile there are a ton of people waiting since October and November.
