Are we supposed to receive copr during the processing time posted on cic website ? Or does processing time cut off once we receive P2. For instance. CEC processing time is 5 months. Does this or should this include time to receive copr ?

Hey folks Still no eCOPR for me but I have an update
AoR - July 22nd 2024
P1 - Oct 17th 2024
P2 - Oct 29th 2024
During P2 I confirmed that principal applicant (me) is inside Canada while dependent is outside Canada.
Today - Jan 28th 2025 - I received a letter in GCkey that asks the dependent to submit their passport for PR visa.
I still havent received eCOPR - but does this mean my eCOPR will trigger once passport is submitted?
Additionally - the letter I got for the dependent is from a visa office in our country of residence!
So that means they sent the whole file from Montreal which issues P1/P2 to another country!
