I got 2 emails, one under my name and the other under my wife's. Should I access the portal with that temporary password and fill in all the information from both of us all at once? It seems that I'll be "ignoring" the email I got under my wife's name.
Well for my wife and I, we received just one email. In your P1, did you indicate that you wanted separate access? For now, try logging in with the PA's credential and see if it shows for both the applicants. If not, then it has to be separate I suppose!

I did not indicate that I wanted separate access, and sent them only one email for both. The first email I got was called PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Credentials for the PR Portal. On this one, I got the login and password. The second one under my wife's name is called PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Case Created Under Your Account which is just IRCC notifying that a new permanent residence confirmation case has been created under your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account.

This way, I got only one email with login and password. I think it's correct, right? I must log in once and fill in the information for both of us and it's done, correct? :)

Use the login credentials and for the portal account! You should be good!
