What to do if PR photo is getting rejected by PR portal. I have taken photos from 3 different places. Please advise

I had to change the brightness a bit to be accepted. This is not considered an edition as far as I know. You can use an app to change that slightly. Are you aligning/resizing it correctly between the lines they show?
