Awesome, thank you so much for confirming.
Would you happen to know if there's an option on the portal to let them know that the dependent had to travel abroad and is now technically outland?
My dependent had to fly back home after p1 and I'm afraid it's gonna be a mess for p2 so I'm debating letting IRCC know before getting p2.

You can let them know before P2. Just reply to the e-mail and explain. But keep in mind it will delay your PR

Ugh... I had a meeting with an Immigration Consultant that told me it would only delay the process of my dependent's PR and mine would just keep moving forward.
So confusing. But thank you!

for some people the final decision doesn't update even after eCoPR, there are no rules

My GCkey was updated same time as my eCoPR came out
