I uploaded my photo to portal last week and it was showing but today I check and the photo is not showing in the portal. Can anyone tell what it means n if it’s normal plz.

Sin should take 5-10 business days.
For health card it’s about 4-6 weeks but after you apply one, you get a temporary health card which is a piece of paper but it’s just as good. Your coverage starts when you apply.
Been 11 days for me so far as of today, that's not including weekends or the day I submitted the photo, address and declaration on the 11th September. Really hoping they don't take too long as I have some job offers lined up that I need this eCoPR so I can get a sin and a bank account

If you have work permit/study permit, you can still apply for a SIN unless your permit has expired (in which case you can contact Service Canada to figure out your options).
