My wife arrived from Philippines on family sponsorship on April 16. We have yet to receive her PR Card? Anyone know how long it roughly takes from the time you land until you receive your card?

Hi. I am.a new immigrant as well. I landed on March 31 but I haven't received my card yet. Do they count onky working days or is it calendar days?
