I am waiting for my PR card since July 22nd this year, and after couple of emails this is the response I got from IRCC.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your PR cards. Your cards are currently at card production.

The status of your Photo in the portal will remain at In Review with IRCC until the PR Card status is updated to Sent to Client or sent to IRCC.

At this time, IRCC has currently reduced operational capacity due to exceptional measures to curb the spread of the COVID-19.

As a result, there will be significant delays in processing the high volume of first time PR card applications.

Therefore, we are unable to provide an approximate timeline of the production and distribution of the cards.

However, please be assured that we are doing everything possible to complete the PR card process for our clients.

For further inquires, please contact the Client Service Center at 1-888-242-2100.

Hey, I sent the details to the below email id. I provided the UCI and Application number and asked for an update since I am waiting for PR card for 140 days.

Hi there!! May I know what type of urgency have you shown in email ?
My addresss n photo shows still in review and If I send an email to them ? Would it be helpful to get the card asap?

Infomed them about waiting so long as 100 + days & planning to travel by end of dec. May be try to highlight waiting time & travel plan if any.

Hi I received an email from portal saying that my case is closed and IRCC case worker will send me a message with further information.
My photo was accepted on the portal. Portal email was sent on 12/11 and no response from IRCC about PR card until now. Does it normally take some time to get the email from IRCC? I have seen many people receiving an email from IRCC confirming pr card mailed out or CIC account updated to "mailed" without any notice. However, my CIC account still shows the status as " submitted". Is anyone in the same boat?

if you have experienced the same thing, please advise. I've been waiting my pr card since mid June. this is really frustrating...

Me and my wife both received our COPR through portal on 17th August, 2021 and uploaded our photo and address, ever since that no update on Portal.
Tried linking my application on GCkey account multiple times but no luck.
Called IRCC and same reply of "THEY HAVE NO ACCESS".
Tried sending them email provided on this forum twice and got the standard reply that "IRCC WILL NOT CONTACT YOU UNLESS ITS EMERGENCY CRISIS".

Any advice on how to proceed or keep enquiring with them on email once every week?

On the linking issues... I can share my exp and hope fully that will help you.

I tried to link my dependents to CIC account, but failed to do so. I called the IRCC and requested to give Application Number (different to the Express Entry Number). This number starts with R .

I also asked to confirm the Birth Place value there in the system. In my case.. I was entering birth place to link it. But in the system confirmed by IRCC agent that They have 'Birth Place, State/Country name ' together as birth place.

Due to this mismatch of the information, I was unable to Link it . Once I got the correct information from IRCC agent about Application Number and Birth place, I was able to link it.

You can try that option and i' sure there is a mismatch of the data.

Coming back to Delay on the PR cards, For Many cases... sending emails will work. Make sure you add crisp and short msg in the body and also subject line is short and meaningful.

Try sending an email early hours( 9 AM to 9:30 AM or 3:30 PM to 4:00PM). The reason is that, all emails will go to one Inbox. So in order to get quick attention, the mail should be on top of the inbox to get some one's attention. This is Just a tip and worked for many.
