Hey, Yes mine shows August 2024. I got my P1 on 15th December to which I replied yesterday but I am traveling from 25th December 2023 to 31st January 2024. So, I am thinking to email them that I am planning to travel before my COPR and also fill a webform regarding the same. I don't know what else would help till I am back. If you or anyone else have any better suggestions please do let me know. Thanks.

Oh okay. I don’t know much about this. However you should fill a webform for sure and I would suggest you to call IRCC directly and get an advice directly from them. Make sure you have TRV on your passport. I am also travelling 27th and I called IRCC. They suggested me to fill out a webform and mail them about the situation. You will get a clear idea if you get a chance to call them. Thank you

Hey, Yes I called them. They said the same to me that fill a webform and email them so they will hold the process till I am back. They said to use the same email I'd as the P1. Which email did they gave you? I just want to be sure I am using the right one.
sorry missed your question, I submitted my declaration on 30 Oct, it the address was accepted when the eCOPR came the photo isn't and neither have I got GUs in my GCkey for the PR card.

It is dependent on your PVO is what the IRCC telephone agent told me. According to her, the SVO usually wait for the PVO to close, then the PVO either does the eCOPR or assigns the task to the SVO. If your PVO is CIO Sydney or Ottawa, one of the slowest one which might be why your case is late, I too saw many Nov Etobicoke cases get their eCOPR within a week of P2 whereas I had to wait 45 days. There are few others in Montreal who have waited 3+ months and some in Etobicoke almost 2.5 months. All these are IRCC inefficiencies or non-standardization.
Portal1 (email/PDF) - 25th October 2023 (replied same day)
Portal2 (email and Portal login) - 30th Oct 2023 (declare, Photo & address same day)
ECOPR - 15th December
PR Card received - Pending
PVO - Sydney , NS
SVO - Etobicoke
Portal 1 and ECOPR came from Etobicoke.
Thanks for the guidance in this forum
my ecopr was generated on 29th Dec and since then until now I am waiting for my PR card.
it is more than 35 days and IRCC is telling me that everything is approved already. I don’t know why they are taking so long. Is there anything I can do to expedite it?
