I got eCOPR for myself, wife and 2 kids on March 16th.
PR Card application Photo is in 'In Review with IRCC' status.
Have not received PR Card Yet for any of us. Had to travel outside Canada soon.
IRCC Customer Care says they have put in a note saying it is outside processing window.
But they have 60 days to respond to that note after which only they can escalate the case.
Wanted to know if there is any other way other than contacting IRCC customer Care to expediate or know the reason for the delay.
Hi everyone, I got a notification that my card was approved and mailed on the 10th of July but I have yet to receive the card. Is anyone in a similar situation? Thank you.

Hello everyone..!! hope you all get the good news soon.
just a little though out of my experience that I analysed in terms of PR card delivery in 2023.
It is usually taking an average of 40 days after E-Copr to get your first PR card delivered at your respective address. Note:- for some it was 42 days.
( No matter what the IRCC website says "28 days for the new pr card" on there website)
I got my E-Copr on June 21. I'm hopeful to get my Card by 30th of July 2023. will keep you all updated.
Hello guys, I received my ECoPR on June 1 and GU1 July 5
Until now I didn’t received GU2
But yesterday at portal showed my case was accepted and closed. Someone knows what this mean? And this is because my card is coming? Even without the GU2?

Hi everyone, I got my e-copr on the 16th of June. Linked my account on the 30th of June. Since then there has been no updates. Called IRCC agents to ask what the update or reason for delay is and they don't have any answers
