People who applied in Nov still waiting for their cards. Looks like they are prioritizing Portal based applications and ignoring regular one.

How fast is the processing done by the portal?
If I remember correctly you had received an email to setup a portal account? but all recent approvals are not getting the portal logins

I was reading in some other threads that the PR card is processed by Sydney office only. The local visa office only validates the CoPR and photos and then transfers the application to Sydney office.

Any comments?

Yes, I received the login details 1.5 weeks ago. Based on other people’s timelines, I’m expecting eCOPR in 4-5 weeks.

Last post I read on this was one week. That was in December. Not sure now for those who received their eCOPRs this month.

Nice! that is very quick. For portal based applicant there is advantage that if IRCC staff are working remotely then also they can process the applications

Not sure, why they stopped giving portal access to recent approvals ?

I have sent CoPR letter along with 1 photo by registered post, so that I could track it.

By dead I’m assuming send. You can use Xpress post by Canada post to send your photos and COPR letter.
