Yep. Gonna do that! Thanks for the updates bud! My eCoPR was on January 06. I would love walk in to my home tonight to the cards waiting by the mail entrance. That'd be awesome!

Ask your immigration rep to tell you your current status on gckey. It should say it has been mailed with the specified date. If your rep has submitted pr card application and you have got one ghost update already with application in progress previously

Hey congrats. My PR card application updated too. On January 20, 2025 it said your application is in progress.

• January 21, 2025 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.

"We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive."
My expiry is also 2030/01/21

I received my ECOPR on Jan 8th and Final Decision email on Jan 10th
But still haven't recieved PR card mailed update as email nor in GC key Document status section

No I didn’t receive any email for this update. I saw it under document status on gckey (we mailed your permanent resident card to you). I kept checking my gckey today. In morning, gckey showed updated status and omy mailing address on ircc tracker was updated, just minor change ( put - with unit number). Then I opened gckey again after a few hours, it said

Out of curiosity, do we have to apply for our PR card application separately or it's just going to come on its own?

It will come on its own. But agent can link your pr card application on gckey and submit it. Through this way, you can see when it gets dispatched. I don’t know if I’m right, but I guess by linking it, it just speeds up the process.

Hey guys, I tried linking the PR card renewal application but the system found my old PR Card application and linked the same, now I cant find the renewal application. Is there any way that we can also add our Renewal application?

Call IRCC, they can help you with the application number. I had trouble linking my renewal application as well, got the application number from them. Afterwards I was successfully able to link it to GC Key, I submitted the renewal application on PR Card Portal on 5th January, but it showed up as submitted on 17th January (Day of linking) on IRCC portal. Not sure if it is showing date of linkage as the application submission date or if it was just a coincidence or a ghost update.

Just out of curiosity, when did you submit yours?

Ecopr: 7th Jan
I have received mine yesterday but haven't received for my spouse. We both submitted PR application together but don't know what happened. Going to call IRCC today. Bit worried as we have travel plans and without her PR card we need to change the flight dates which is going to cost us too much :/

Status in GC key Express entry profile

Do I need to separately link my PR portal and GC key or it will be done by IRCC itself.

My last Update was on Jan 9th I think that's GU1, Saying Final Decision has been made check status below.

And in the Document status section
It says "Your Document Is valid"

I have travel plans and need to leave by February 10th.
Does anyone know if it's possible that I could get my PR card by then (I live in Toronto GTA Area)
Or it's better to cancel my flight
Or Can I apply or PR travel document

You need to link your PR Card application to GCKey to track PR Card application process.
Even without it your application will be processed.

If you don't want to link then you can see my time line. Yours ecopr was before me so probably you might get PR Card around Last week of January.
