My PR renewal was submitted on June 9th,2024 Through on line portal. Seven months has passed, no Email received. Unable to link to GC key. On line portal still showed submitted. Attempt to phone that 1-888 number many times, only got chance to talk to real person twice. Was told still in process, have to wait. My current PR is going to expire on Jan 14, and I have travel plan in Apr. Do not know what to do
Now I am wondering what is their longest processing time for PR renewal, one year? two years? So the clients are not able to leave the country during that one year two years waiting period.
eCOPR: Jan 7
GU1 for Final Decision: Jan 9th
GU2 for Mailed out: Jan 10th
Who will I receive it in mail? Now there is no strike in Canada Post, and I live in GTA area in Ontario.
From where is the PR card mailed?

You should be receiving it by next week maximum. As far as I know, all the PR cards are produced in one place located in Nova Scotia. Not sure though! Couldn't connect my PR card application with my GCkey because I used a representative. So, I suppose, it's gonna be the wait game for me!
