I got my eCoPR on Jan 18, linked application to GC Key on Jan 30. The Final Decision says "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." from the first day of linking the account, but no updates since then. Is this GU1? If Yes, then is it common to have such a delay between GU1 and GU2?

I am in the same boat wondering the same thing. Was the re-uploaded photo taken by a professional?
How did you get your photo rejection notification? I had previously sent an email to the Etobicoke VO and they replied to the email stating "Unfortunately, the processing team did not accept the original photo sent to our production team. In order to process your permanent residence card, we must obtain your photo – Your current photo in uploaded onto the Portal is: Photo Not Clearly Defined"
I went back into the portal to try and upload a new photo but there is nowhere to do so as the previous photo is saying "in review with IRCC"
I am wondering if I will an official email stating that the photo was rejected and then I will be able to upload the new picture.
GU 2 will give you the date the PR card is mailed. It will also send you an email notification that says " We updated your application status" but will give no details. When you log into your account, it will show the date that they have mailed your PR card.

Through which email address did you contact IRCC?
I tried the PR Portal email address and it seems to take them forever to respond and when they do they have no idea what was going on; the only response I received from them in the PR Card waiting days was a link to Urgent Processing request form, which is obviously not an option for new PR card applications.
Thanks!

Hi, please update your progress here as I have my eCOPR on the same date. My visa process is handled by a firm hence, I am avoiding to link my GC key to the account.
Will look forward for your input here.
Many thanks!
