Yes this is GU1.

yes that is normal. Each family member is treated as a separate pr card application.

btw you got copr from calgary vo right ? Did you do any follow ups with them ?

I landed on February 21st in Toronto Pearson Airport. I linked my PR Card App to GCKey on Feb 28th.

PR Card GU1: Mar 7th, 2024
PR Card GU2: Mar 11th, 2024


Now, I am waiting for my card to arrive in the mail to GTA.

PR Card GU1: Mar 7th, 2024
PR Card GU2: Mar 11th, 2024

it's ghost update so, no. you'll have to log in regularly.

Once you receive GU2, IRCC does send out an actual mail with a "donotreply" sender address 2-3 days after GU2. But everybody may not receive it. I received it. I logged back into my application and the the application status is now set to "Approved".

Still waiting for PR card though.

I sent webform almost weekly when I felt like they wouldn't process my card before my trip. Called, and had agent sent notes. Nothing came back. Today, finally, they replied one of my very first webform sent on Feb. 22 saying my application is still in progress when I actually had my card mailed showing in GCKeys. So, I wouldn't say webform can't help the progress but just buying myself comfort.
