There are delays from Calgary when it comes to pr card processing though. Seems buying back time because they issue ecopr on time and delays with pr card while Montreal have delays with ecopr and issues pr card on time.

Hi, got the eCoPR last week, I'm confused about whether I should sign it & send it back and where I should do that. If not, my PR card will be automatically sent to my mailbox. So, no further action is needed at this point other than my SIN number and my Health Card?

I have the same situation.
VO Montreal was my main office, then I was transferred to Calgary VO
Waited for ECoPR more then 2 months
And now waiting for pr cards
