PR Card timeline - 2023

I received my e-COPR on July 12 and submitted photo for PR card but was rejected on Aug 10. Re-submitted photo on the same day itself, but haven't heard back. My e-COPR expires on Nov 17. If I do not receive my PR card by that time, will I have to apply again?

Thank you for the information! However, I am trying to link my PR portal created by IRCC to my GCkey to receive the updates. It's not a paper application. Is there a way to do this? Also, If I do not receive my PR card before the ecopr expiry date, will I have to apply for Permanent Residency all over again?

It doenst matter if the card application is paper OR portal created. the steps are the same as mentioned in the link

No, there is no relation to eCOPR expiry and receiving PR card. Once you have eCOPR, you are PR.

Did you try reaching out to IRCC ?

Yes I reached 4 days back they said they escalated my file to the office and office will approach me if they need anything

Unable to connect to IRCC on call

Called IRCC last week. They said my application is in process.
I informed them to tag on my file that it has already passed the current processing time. They said they will do.
My COPR says Montreal VO. Anyone with eCOPR date 28 July and Montreal VO got their PR card ???

is it only for special cases or are all cases permitted? Sorry if I am asking for too much clarification. Just don’t want to make a mistake at this final hurdle!
