Hi everyone. I have received my ecopr about 187 days ago and I haven’t had any movement in my PR card processing. Anyone in the same boat? Do anyone have suggestions on contacting IRCC?
Here is my timeline:
AOR: April 28th 2021
Biometrics accepted: May 18th 2021
Portal 1st email: July 21st
Credentials email: July 22nd
Ecopr: July 24th
Linked application to cic: August 24th
Ecopr office: Etobicoke
CEC inland applicant
August 22nd is the last time I was able to take to a agent when dialed to IRCC, since then it’s always an automated reply. Couple of web forms went unattended.
Congratulations! Quick question, when uploading the photos, did you have any warning about the resolution and/or brightness?
I received eCOPR 3 weeks ago, but no sign of the PR card yet. In my case, I had the warning about resolution when uploading the photo, but I uploaded any way because the resolution was correct, and there were multiple reports on this forum that their system was given false-positives. My theory is that uploads with no warnings have an express evaluation (probably your case), while photos with warnings end up in a long line to be reviewed by the agents. This is just a theory though...

Yes, I had a couple of warnings, but we asked a photographer to adjust the photos according to the requirements and finally uploaded them without any warnings.

Guys just found a way to link your PR Card application in GC Key if you are not able to find it and have received your eCOPR & either your Address or Photo is accepted by IRCC in PR Portal, you can link your PR Card application in GC Key. Select UCI & Family Name. then rest details enter as in your BIO section of passport & not in eCOPR but the date of Permanent Residency is same as COPR issue date. you will be able to link your app.
