Hi,

Just wanted to get ETA whose photo was rejected and then uploaded another one.

Its almost a month for me after uploading new photo. (1st one was rejected). Please let me know your timeline if you faced this issue.

It will be a whole month next week for me.

Congrats on getting your kid's PR card. Hope you'll get yours soon. I'm curious if your PR card application in your CIC account shows biometric information details or is it blank? Does your EE application's biometric also become blank? Thanks!

Have you tried contacting them since it shouldn't take so long?

Yes, you are right I dont see Biometric details in our PR Card applications, neither in my EE application where it was visible before. What does that mean?

Thanks. I don’t know what it means. But if you receive your kid’s Pr card it should be good. Did you get any ghost update (on the Pr Card application) before your kid’s card was mailed?

First VO was Edmonton, eCOPR came from OSC and PR Card came from the Sydney adress.

I tried to call them but one of the agents said "at this point there is nothing i can do except waiting" and 2 months have passed i still dont see anything. I asked another 2-3 of my friends, they are also waiting the same like me but one friend who got his AOR on June 22 just got his card recently, so im really confused like why applications submitted at the same time got treated differently.

folks we are from OSC OTTAWA need to do something to draw their attention since the emails and forms are not being answered by them, I went to google reviews and I suggest that everyone who has not revered the PR CARD can have an answer from them, because many are getting the card with weeks and waiting for us all this time, it's not fair.
