got 1st GU same day as you but my card haven’t been approved yet. Same VO

Lol...even in my case dependents PR cards have been mailed already while the Primary applicant's is still in process

e-CoPR: Jun 22, 2021 (VO: OSC - Operation)
PR card application: Approved on Jul 02, said PR card was mailed

I was surprised too. Logging in to my account just for a routine check and saw the Update. No email was sent for this approval, it seemed. On the portal confirmation, all the information still shows In review with IRCC, btw, so I think linking the PR card application is highly recommended.

Received an update on the PR card application and shows approved now.
AOR: Oct 7, 2020, Ecopr: June 15, 2021, PR Card approval July 2, 2021, VO: Ottawa
PR Portal still shows in review with IRCC.
