PR card Status

Hello
Could some one comment on what the best way to check status of a PR card. We landed in the 2nd week of Dec. On some of the posts, there seems to be a way to check this online.
I went to the link that we have been using during the PR process. But that just shows that application is complete and that we have landed, There is nothing after that. Is there a different link we should check. Also which number is best to call if we have to call. Just the immigration line? - 1-888-242‑2100

Yes thats the link I tried.. and the only information I get is that my landing process is complete and thats it
